Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) has updated its website, to further assist support agents.

It rolled out new trade-friendly features

A “Daily Cruise” page has been introduced, which includes the latest news, a review of key developments from the previous month, CLIA updates and content, new training resources and contest winners.

A “Brand Profiles and Business Contacts” page is also now available, which is a “one-stop shop” for CLIA cruise operator brand information, business contact details and social channels.

Also: A page about CLIA’s annual Cruise Week, which this year takes place September 16-25, has been added.

The page will be developed in preparation for the week.

An event gallery is now available, which contains all the latest agent and travel partner images from CLIA conferences and trade events.

Refreshed ‘sail with confidence’ page, which includes a series of blog posts from recent cruisers, to help users get first-hand information

Andy Harmer, Managing Director of CLIA UK & Ireland, said: “We are keeping pace with agent demand by ensuring our website contains the latest news, views and information.

“The ‘Daily Cruise’ page was created to give the trade a centralized collection of CLIA and industry news, so they can easily retrieve key information. “
